I’ve developed a fusion workout that is for anyone ready to reconnect with their abdominal muscles and help repair diastasis recti and other common postpartum issues. We’ll focus on blending appropriate core-focused movements into a full-body workout.
[On Demand] 45-Day Postnatal Yoga + Core
This program was built to jump start your bounce-forward after baby! It incorporates yoga sequences to regain flexibility in the commonly tight muscles after pregnancy–including the hip flexors, shoulders, lower back and thighs. We’ll also work on reintegrating your connection to the core and pelvic floor muscles through the use of exercises that focus on the deep core muscles.
[On Demand] 45-Day Postnatal Barre + Core
The strengthening program will focus on the regaining strength and stability in the core and glutes. There will be a main focus on reintegrating your connection to your core and pelvic floor muscles through movements that focus on deep core connection.
These programs are mindful of the common postnatal issues such as diastasis recti as well as c-section and episiotomy scarring. The best part: each weekly program is only 30-minutes and you can do it whenever you have the time, but at least 3x per week!
[On Demand] 90-Day Postnatal Fitness Reboot
This 90-day program will jumpstart and fuel your total bounce forward after baby! The first 45 days of the program (same as the 45-day Postnatal Yoga + Core program above) incorporate yoga sequences to balance commonly tight muscles after pregnancy. We’ll focus on lengthening the hip flexors, shoulders, thighs, and lower back. It will also begin retraining the core and pelvic floor muscles while keeping in mind common issues such as diastasis recti and c-section or episiotomy scarring.
The strengthening program focuses on the core and glutes, which are both commonly weak after pregnancy (same as the 45-day Postnatal Barre + Core program above). The second 45-days of the program will progressively intensify to include higher level barre, yoga, and strength training exercises for total body conditioning.
Each weekly program is completed in just 30 minutes at least 3x per week!
